Offering personal training, Pilates and fitness classes, Aroha Fitness operates from a private, welcoming home studio in Paraparaumu Beach and at City Fitness in Paraparaumu. We create a safe, inclusive environment where women of all ages and fitness levels can thrive.

I am passionate about crafting personalised fitness programmes tailored to your individual needs, with a special focus on supporting women over 40. This includes pelvic floor health and strengthening, ensuring that your training works holistically to support your entire body. Through expert guidance, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of your unique goals, I’m here to help you achieve results that transform your body, boost your confidence and promote long-term health.

My Story

I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and live their best lives. The journey of Aroha Fitness began in 2015 in the UK with a desire to create a welcoming, inclusive fitness community in my hometown of Tewkesbury. What started as Tewkesbury Pilates has since evolved into Aroha Fitness.

I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, offering personalised personal training, Pilatesa and fitness sessions. With several years of experience working with menopausal women, older adults and as a UK British Triathlon coach, I’m equipped to support a wide range of goals. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, increase strength, improve flexibility or fitness, take part in a triathlon or enhance your overall quality of life, I’m here to help you achieve it.

I believe that fitness is more than just physical activity – it’s a way of life. That’s why I focus on building long-term relationships with my clients, helping them make sustainable lifestyle changes that promote health, happiness, and overall wellbeing. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or ready to take your workouts to the next level, Aroha Fitness is here to support and guide you every step of the way.
